Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to play a crucial role in reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting financial results. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business managers to advise on the financial implications of their decisions and ensure compliance with accounting and finance policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze financial results with business managers
  • Prepare management reporting and analytical tools
  • Research financial anomalies and make necessary corrections
  • Participate in the monthly financial statement close for assigned entities
  • Monitor compliance of processes, transactions, and balances with accounting and finance policies
  • Assist in training accounting/finance policy, reconciliation, and account analysis processes
Requirements:
  • Strong time management skills and critical thinking
  • Analytical skills that support a result-driven approach to deliver operational excellence
  • Experience in performance management, supply chain operations, S&OP, finance, or related fields preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Financial Analysis and Reporting
  • Bachelor's degree required in accounting or finance
  • SAP experience is highly desirable

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
