- Coordinate credit memo execution and tracking to optimize financial performance.
- Process supplemental/manual override discount requests and manage special projects with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and respond to daily email inquiries and retain documentation for audit purposes.
- Adhere to SOX compliance practices and maintain effective communication with the team.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP/JBA, Sprint, Cognos/Info Retriever (bookings), and MMX preferred.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Sales Operations.
