Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Chico's FAS. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive for Results: Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers; recommend merchandise selections or help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Maintain Store Standards: Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintain pricing and visual standards; maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience; ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns; ensure a fast and efficient register experience.
  • Support Operational Excellence: Support replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant; assist with locate fulfillment; assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc. as directed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Retail or sales experience preferred
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills; excellent customer service skills; able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company; strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
