Sales Associate Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on current store offerings, including products and services, to effectively inform customers and drive sales
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive store environment
  • Assist with visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store display, and restocking shelves as needed

Sales Associate Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
