Job Responsibilities:


The Physical Therapist assesses the comprehensive healthcare needs of patients in an outpatient setting and develops a tailored treatment plan that incorporates the physician's guidance, community resources, and the patient's support network.

Utilizing critical thinking skills, the therapist delivers skilled physical therapy interventions and educates patients and their families about the treatment plan. Documentation of treatment and care is maintained through electronic health records.



Qualifications:


Active or temporary Physical Therapy License in Kentucky
BLS certification within 90 days of employment
Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week, with potential for early or late shifts to accommodate patient needs
New graduates are encouraged to apply
