Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Speech Pathologist to join our team at Sevita. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will play a critical role in helping individuals with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries, illnesses, and challenges achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate the speech and language skills of individuals served, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech and language deficits, using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for individuals served.
  • Provide education and training to individuals, family members, and caregivers on speech and language development, articulation, and voice and fluency disorders.
  • Conduct regular progress assessments and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist.
  • One year of experience as a Speech Therapist.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
  • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks.
