Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Lead Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with experience in ground-up and remodel projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Scheduling and Coordination
  • OSHA Trained/Certified and Safety Enforcement
  • Utilization of Procore for Daily Reports and Communication
  • Subcontractor Management and Change Order Verification
  • Clear and Assertive Communication with Owners, Architects, and Consultants
  • Problem-Solving and Proactive Mentality
  • Maintenance of Ethical Business Practices
  • Interpretation of Blueprints and Coordination with Design Teams
  • Dependable Transportation and Availability for After-Hours Work

Requirements

  • Valid Texas Driver's License (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
  • Acceptable Background Checks and Drug Tests
  • Personality Assessment to Ensure Cultural Fit
  • Commercial Construction Experience with a Focus on Commercial General Contracting
