Position Summary

We are in search of a meticulous and dedicated individual who takes pride in their work and ensures precise and efficient automotive accounting. In this role, you will be responsible for managing title documentation accurately, assisting clients with the title process, and resolving any title-related issues. Furthermore, this position will provide accounting support across our three dealerships. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and finalize title documentation for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Handle accounting and title-related tasks for multiple dealerships.
  • Ensure that accounting deadlines are consistently met.
  • Address internal inquiries promptly and effectively, maintaining a friendly demeanor.
  • Provide cross-functional support in accounting activities.
  • Conduct comprehensive month-end closing processes.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and management.
  • Uphold honesty, integrity, and adherence to our Values, Code of Business Conduct, and Policies & Procedures in all business dealings.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or three to four years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive title work.
  • Experience with NV/CA titles preferred; open to additional states.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in automotive accounting is advantageous.

Compensation: Pay rate is based on experience, education, and skills, ranging from $22 to $25 per hour.
