Key Responsibilities
- Engage in the washing process and utilize car wash equipment effectively.
- Welcome customers warmly, explaining the available cleaning services and processing payments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Thoroughly scrub difficult areas of vehicles and perform pre-wash tasks on the exterior.
- Conduct regular maintenance on washing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility, ensuring everything is organized and in its proper place.
- Assist customers with any inquiries related to the car wash process.
- Utilize various tools such as water hoses, brushes, soap buckets, and pressure washers.
- Direct vehicles into the wash area with a friendly and focused demeanor.
- Perform visual inspections of vehicles to assess their condition before washing.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while executing daily tasks.
- Ensure vacuums are functioning, trash receptacles are emptied, and hoses are properly stored.
