Director of Women's Services

Next Move Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Women's Services to lead our nursing operations and drive strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing management and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and nursing operations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Lead the development and implementation of quality initiatives, staffing guidelines, and productivity metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures for the department.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of nursing professionals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- Masters degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Certification in clinical specialty or nursing administration preferred.
