As a Security Flex Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, acting as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions, and detecting and reporting suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near your assigned posts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to clients and employees
  • Operate access control systems and maintain accurate records
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide crisis management
  • Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a professional demeanor

Requirements

  • Must be available to work all shifts and all days of the week
  • Required to cover for special projects, call-offs, vacations, and open shifts
  • Valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience and a clean driving record
  • Fluently speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish preferred
  • Access control and access badge experience preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to work with access control systems
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time and work outdoors in the elements
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
