Benefits Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst 3 to join our team at WTW. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in business analysis and a strong understanding of benefits administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements from clients and vendors, developing effective solutions, and configuring systems based on those requirements. They will also translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications, execute test plans, and create test plans based on requirements.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the Business Analyst 3 will coach and mentor junior analysts, peer review their work, and follow the System Development Lifecycle. They will also analyze data using SQL and reduce rework by understanding the big picture and partnering with shared services as needed.
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analysis principles, preferably with experience in benefits administration. They will also possess intermediate SQL skills, experience with test plans creation, testing procedures, and test plan execution, as well as excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, they will demonstrate flexibility, accountability, and ability to deliver multiple projects with quality and excellence.
Compensation and Benefits:
The Business Analyst 3 will receive a competitive salary range of $82,000 - $95,000 USD, as well as an annual short-term incentive bonus. They will also be eligible for flexible work arrangements to support an inclusive and diverse workforce and comprehensive benefits package including health and welfare benefits, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
