We are seeking a skilled Tire Specialist to join our team at Discount Tire. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, selling tires and wheels, and maintaining our high standards of quality and professionalism.

• Install new tires and wheels, ensuring a precise fit and secure mounting
• Perform routine tire maintenance, including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning
• Provide personalized customer service, addressing questions and concerns with expertise and empathy

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A strong foundation in tire technology and sales principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective customer interactions
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced environment
