Responsibilities of a Shift Leader:

A successful Shift Leader operates efficiently and oversees store teams to guarantee they fulfill their job responsibilities, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability during their shifts:

Essential Skills
  • A strong, professional, and courteous work ethic, along with unquestionable integrity and moral behaviors that positively reflect on themselves and Marco's Pizza.
  • The ability to collaborate as part of a purpose-driven and engaged team committed to delivering a Five-Star experience to Marco's Pizza Guests.
  • Proficiency in accurately counting money and making change.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Effective communication skills with supervisors, teammates, and Guests, both verbally and in writing.
  • Adherence to all safety and security policies and procedures.
  • The ability to maintain composure and focus in often fast-paced and stressful situations.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours.
  • Competence in using store technology and equipment safely and efficiently.
