Position Overview:

We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented individual to join our front desk team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys engaging with guests, and has a keen eye for detail.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a wonderful stay. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in procedures.
  • Managing reservations and providing information about local attractions and dining options.
  • Preparing guest rooms and amenities to ensure a comfortable experience.
  • Assisting with general hotel operations, including inventory management and housekeeping support.

Work Schedule:
  • Fixed weekly schedule of 4-5 days, totaling 20-30 hours.
  • Shifts: 7:45 AM - 3:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM, with occasional weekends and holidays.
  • Availability for on-call evening shifts for rare after-hours guest service needs, compensated accordingly.

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in computer applications (Windows, Office).
  • Genuine enthusiasm for guest satisfaction and hospitality.
  • Must have lived in the area for at least one year, with a solid understanding of local attractions.
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience; hotel experience is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented, team player with a positive demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
