The Field Service Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation projects between customers, vendors, and our company for multiple projects at once in the assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Coordinate installation projects with customers to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Approve and submit subcontractor invoices and draws for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

An understanding of construction, building, and contracting principles is preferred.

Problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS software, including project management tools.

Project management and planning skills, with the ability to create and establish structure and process across teams.

Experience working independently, with a collaborative and adaptable approach.

**Physical Requirements:**

The employee is regularly required to conduct inspections and visits to construction job sites, standing, walking, sitting, climbing, or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
