Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth in assigned sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retail brands, restaurant chains, and foodservice accounts.
• Conduct product demonstrations and create business plans to meet customer needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop sales strategies and work closely with R&D to develop products that meet customer needs.
• Manage expense budgets and control expenses effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in the food industry.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
