Job Overview

Pace Staffing Network is seeking a skilled Patient Access Liaison to support the Oncology Department in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to schedule and adjust patient appointments, coordinating with transportation and interpreter services.
  • The ideal candidate will register and consent patients, ensuring accurate documentation in EPIC for insurance co-pays.
  • This role requires retrieving, scanning, and managing patient records, ensuring timely updates.
  • A strong communicator will triage phone calls, address patient inquiries, and advocate for patient needs.
  • The successful candidate will verify insurance coverage, obtain referrals/authorizations, and resolve billing issues.
  • This position involves assisting with patient admissions into radiation treatments and follow-ups.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Intake Coordinator is required.
  • Experience in Oncology is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in EPIC is essential.
  • The ideal candidate can manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.
Work Details
  • Location: Seattle, WA (100% onsite).
  • This is a 6-Month Assignment.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
