RM Medical Search & Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced psychiatrist to serve as Section Head of the Consultative-Liaison Psychiatry department in an award-winning hospital located in Seattle, Washington.

About the Position:

This is a hospital-based position that offers a competitive compensation package including dependent care, comprehensive benefits, and no state income tax.

The ideal candidate will have fellowship training and board certification as a consultative-liaison with ABPN, post-fellowship experience is highly desired. Strong communication and organization skills are essential, along with compassion and patience.

As the Clinical Lead, you will oversee a team of consultative-liaison providers and collaborate with other physicians, advanced practitioners, medical and surgical trainees, nurses, social workers, and other health professionals in a team-based environment.

Clinical responsibilities will be covered by an outside telehealth psychiatry service, allowing for a great work-life balance.
