Overview: The Houseman is tasked with upholding the cleanliness and maintenance of shared and outdoor spaces within the property, ensuring that the premises are visually appealing and well-kept.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and pool restrooms.
  • Restock restrooms with necessary supplies as required.
  • Dispose of all waste in offices, front desk areas, entrances, pool, and outdoor receptacles.
  • Collect litter and discarded items from parking lots and walkways.
  • Ensure the dumpster area is tidy and that lids are securely closed.
  • Mop all tiled and hard surface areas in public spaces.
  • Clean and restock the business center with essential office supplies.
  • Vacuum hallways after 10:00 am.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the pool area and all associated furniture, including windowsills and towel hampers, through sweeping and mopping.
  • Dust and clean the vending area, including wiping down machines and vacuuming the floor.
  • Verify that an adequate supply of pool towels is available for guests before the end of the shift.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma (or GED or equivalent) preferred.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
Physical Requirements:

This position necessitates the employee to regularly communicate verbally and audibly, and frequently to stand, walk, utilize hands for handling or feeling, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision capabilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

The employee may encounter extreme temperatures, heights, and loud machinery or equipment. Exposure to hazardous chemicals may also occur.
