Overview: The Houseman is tasked with the upkeep of communal and exterior spaces of the establishment, ensuring that the property is visually appealing and well-maintained.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and pool restrooms.
  • Restock restrooms with necessary supplies as required.
  • Dispose of trash in offices, front desk areas, entrances, pool, and outdoor urns.
  • Collect litter and discarded items from parking lots and sidewalks.
  • Ensure the dumpster area is tidy and that doors remain closed.
  • Mop all tiled and hard surface areas in public spaces.
  • Clean and replenish the business center with essential office supplies.
  • Vacuum hallways after 10:00 am.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the pool area and all related furniture, including windowsills and towel hampers, through sweeping and mopping.
  • Dust and clean the vending area, including machines and floors.
  • Verify the availability of pool towels for guests before concluding the shift.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
