The Houseman is tasked with upholding the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the communal and exterior spaces of the establishment, ensuring that the property remains in excellent condition.

Compensation:
$15.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and pool restrooms.
  • Restock restrooms with necessary supplies as required.
  • Dispose of all waste in offices, front desk areas, entrances, poolside, and outdoor receptacles.
  • Collect litter and discarded items from parking lots and walkways.
  • Ensure the dumpster area is tidy and securely closed.
  • Mop all tiled and hard surface public areas.
  • Clean and replenish the business center with essential office supplies.
  • Vacuum hallways after designated hours.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the pool area and all related furniture, including windowsills and towel hampers.
  • Dust and clean the vending area, ensuring machines are wiped down and floors are vacuumed.
  • Check the availability of pool towels for guests before concluding the shift.

Experience and Requirements:
