Front Desk Responsibilities

The Front Desk staff member reports directly to the Park Manager.

Front Desk team members are expected to:

  • Serve as the operational hub of the park, ensuring smooth operations
    • Promptly answer phone calls and use guests' names during conversations
    • Follow Standard Operating Procedures for opening and closing the front desk
    • Ensure accurate registration and waivers; consult management if uncertain
    • Know pricing options, party packages, park hours, and facility features thoroughly
    • Be proficient with the POS system
    • Promote park offerings, including birthday packages and available discounts
    • Provide timely and appropriate responses to guest inquiries, ensuring satisfaction
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area
    • Manage jump appointment bookings, changes, and cancellations accurately
  • Demonstrate Responsibility
    • Participate in staff training sessions
    • Arrive on time for shifts
    • Attend all scheduled staff meetings
  • Act as a Court Monitor
    • Oversee the rock wall, basketball, and main court areas from the front desk
    • Fill in as a court monitor when necessary
    • Report any incidents involving staff or guests to management
    • Communicate and enforce park regulations and rules in a friendly and professional manner
