Front Desk ResponsibilitiesThe Front Desk staff member reports directly to the Park Manager.
Front Desk team members are expected to:
- Serve as the operational hub of the park, ensuring smooth operations
- Promptly answer phone calls and use guests' names during conversations
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for opening and closing the front desk
- Ensure accurate registration and waivers; consult management if uncertain
- Know pricing options, party packages, park hours, and facility features thoroughly
- Be proficient with the POS system
- Promote park offerings, including birthday packages and available discounts
- Provide timely and appropriate responses to guest inquiries, ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area
- Manage jump appointment bookings, changes, and cancellations accurately
- Demonstrate Responsibility
- Participate in staff training sessions
- Arrive on time for shifts
- Attend all scheduled staff meetings
- Act as a Court Monitor
- Oversee the rock wall, basketball, and main court areas from the front desk
- Fill in as a court monitor when necessary
- Report any incidents involving staff or guests to management
- Communicate and enforce park regulations and rules in a friendly and professional manner
