At Yaknia, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
