As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for measuring, examining, testing, and gauging characteristics of parts and materials to ensure they meet specified requirements.

The position will provide support in the following areas of the Quality Department:

Quality Inspection:

Read and accurately interpret drawings, perform quality inspections at all stages of the manufacturing process, and record measurement data accurately.

Testing and Analysis:

Participate in quality engineering, testing, and analysis work to resolve and/or prevent issues, and structure and process qualitative data to draw insightful conclusions.

Quality, Industry Knowledge:

Promote a LEAN/LEAN SIX SIGMA culture dedicated to improvement, productivity, and efficiency, and reduce defects and waste.

Associate degree or other post-high school vocational training in a related field, plus a minimum of 2 years of experience performing inspection in a build-to-print environment, is required.

Knowledge of and experience with manufacturing processes and quality control of various machining, such as CNC, VMC, etc., and material properties and characteristics (metals), is also required.

The Quality Inspector position is a full-time, Non-Exempt position that offers a Tuition Reimbursement Program and is an equal opportunity employer.
