Job Overview

The Voice of the Martyrs (VOM) is dedicated to supporting persecuted Christians in some of the most challenging environments worldwide. Founded by Pastor Richard Wurmbrand and his wife, Sabina, VOM has been a beacon of hope since 1967, encouraging believers to deepen their faith through the stories of those who face persecution for their beliefs.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Campaign Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with VOM's mission.
  2. Effective Communication: Develop communication strategies across various platforms, ensuring clarity and engagement with stakeholders.
  3. Data Analysis: Work closely with the internal data team to analyze campaign performance, utilizing insights to enhance audience targeting and measure return on investment.
  4. Collaborative Teamwork: Engage with marketing colleagues and cross-functional teams, including creative and operational staff, to foster innovation and achieve results.
  5. Adaptability: Navigate the dynamic marketing landscape, adjusting strategies in response to emerging technologies and consumer trends.
  6. Brand Management: Maintain and promote VOM's brand integrity and messaging in collaboration with creative teams.
  7. Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support VOM's mission.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing capacity.
  3. Demonstrated success in executing marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  7. Exceptional time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Outstanding communication skills.

Work Environment:

  1. Standard office setting with flexible hours.
  2. Proximity to VOM headquarters is required.
  3. Occasional opportunities for domestic travel may arise.
