Job Title: Commercial Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Duties:
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects, including site preparation, construction, and completion.
  • Supervise and lead a team of project engineers, field engineers, and other superintendents to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure that projects meet their requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on commercial construction experience, with a proven track record of successful project management.
  • Experience with technically challenging projects, including those with budgets over $5 million.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and construction industry.
