Project Foreman

Great Place Construction is a private construction firm that specializes in commercial construction. We are seeking a skilled Project Foreman to join our team to facilitate, analyze, and manage field labor forces as part of the on-site supervisory team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct supervision, guidance, and instruction to the field team under you.
  • Lead production with a focus on quality and safety, with a basic understanding of project information and company policies.
  • Provide leadership, training, and coaching to team members under you in your area of expertise.
  • Communicate with the balance of site supervision team to meet daily project demands/schedule.
  • Facilitate process by coordination/procurement of material, equipment, and manpower.
  • Be an active participant in elevating the project team and expanding your knowledge/responsibility.
  • Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and train those around you.
  • Ability to work with individuals of varying skill levels.
  • Ability to read and interpret project documents relevant to your specialty.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience with 1 of those years being in a leadership position.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid DL and good driving record.
