Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to manage the day-to-day operations of our projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management principles and be able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Develop and implement project plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues and improve project outcomes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other construction management tools
