Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Build Relationships: Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing customers to grow their business.
  • Menu Engineering and Cost Analysis: Support customers in menu engineering and cost analysis to ensure waste reduction and improve profitability.
  • Market Intelligence and Product Demonstrations: Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments, and conduct product demonstrations to showcase our capabilities.
  • Customer Success and Retention: Facilitate demonstrations of our capabilities and share new product innovations with customers to drive customer success and retention.
  • Relationship Building and Communication: Build multi-level relationships with customers and communicate effectively to ensure seamless sales, service, and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in culinary, restaurant operations, foodservice, or related fields preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, comfort using technology, and analyzing customer data.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits:

Starting compensation of $40,000-$100,000 per year based on achievement of performance goals, eventually transitioning to commission-basis. Shamrock Foods offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, Profit Sharing, Paid Time Off, and more.
