Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at BASS Medical Group. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating our CT scanning equipment and capturing diagnostic images of high technical quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues.
  • Position patients appropriately to scan specific areas of their bodies.
  • Perform regular warm-up sequences on the CT scanner to prolong the life of the X-ray tubes.
  • Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
  • Correctly interpret doctors' written scanning instructions.
  • Administer radiocontrast agents to patients to enhance the visibility of internal organs and tissues.
  • Evaluate CT scans to determine their technical quality.
  • Explain scanning procedures to patients and provide reassurance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • AART in Computed Tomography
  • CPR certification
  • Sectra PACS and Epic experience (preferred)
  • At least 2 years' experience (preferred)

Compensation

The pay scale for this position is $35.00-$68.00 per hour, with actual pay rates determined on a case-by-case basis.
