Job Title: Volvo Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Volvo Product Specialist to join our sales team at Volvo Cars Walnut Creek. As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by showcasing our latest vehicles and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, determining their vehicle preferences and needs.
  • Educate customers on our current product line options, including features and specifications.
  • Provide product information and brochures to customers upon request.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and technology to customers.
  • Educate customers on optional equipment available for purchase.
  • Answer customer questions about vehicles, technology, and features.
  • Conduct test drives and facility tours.
  • Conduct training classes for customers on vehicle technology.
  • Provide assistance to customers as needed.
  • Work closely with sales team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain CSI standards and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Participate in required training and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Desired Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Desired Work Experience: Up to 3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Field of Study/Work Experience: Automotive or related field.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn web-based applications.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:

This role requires regular and predictable attendance, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays. The position involves standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods. The work environment is fast-paced, with frequent movement around the company facilities and outdoor car lot.
