Job Summary:

The CT Technologist is a vital member of the diagnostic imaging team at John Muir Health. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT procedures under the order of a licensed independent practitioner for diagnostic interpretation by a radiologist.
  • Assist the physician during procedures and provide a safe procedure environment for patients undergoing invasive procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Certificate in Venipuncture.
  • 2 years of experience in Healthcare/Medical General x-ray.
  • Radiologic Technologist - Certified (CRT) Current California.
  • BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
  • Rad Techs - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • CT Computed Tomography - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (must be obtained within 6 months of hire for new hires).
Skills:
  • Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a stressful environment.
Work Shift:
08.0 Per Diem No Waive (United States of America)
Pay Range:
$106.69 Hourly
