Customer Experience Manager

About the Position:
This is a full-time position that involves working closely with financial advisors to provide administrative support and ensure seamless client experiences. You will be responsible for managing new business applications, updating client information, processing client requests, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new business applications and update client information
- Process client requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and MacOS
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience
