About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead our Front Office team and deliver exceptional service to our members and guests. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of hospitality operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years' experience managing Front Office operations, with extensive knowledge of Opera, Salesforce, Open Table, and Google Sheets. A strong background in hospitality is essential, with a degree preferred. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance member and guest experiences.
  • Lead and manage the Front Office team, including training, performance evaluations, and counseling.
  • Monitor and report on departmental goals, expenses, and staffing levels.
  • Collaborate with the Reservations/PBX Department to ensure smooth guest communications.
  • Ensure seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
