Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing store operations, and contributing to the success of our business.

Main Duties:
  1. Provide top-notch customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  3. Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as assigned by management.
  4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles (or equivalent education).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $33,280 and $35,360, based on a 35-40 hour workweek. Additionally, DTLR, Inc. offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
