O-Town Music Group is a dynamic music organization seeking a seasoned Music Industry Talent Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the contemporary music landscape and a keen eye for talent.


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain relationships with emerging and established artists, labels, and industry professionals to identify potential talent.


• Conduct thorough research to stay up-to-date on the latest music trends and industry developments.


• Collaborate with the A&R team to scout and sign new talent, ensuring a diverse and high-quality roster.


• Coordinate and attend industry events, conferences, and festivals to network and discover new talent.


• Work closely with the marketing and publicity teams to develop and implement effective strategies to promote new talent.


• Analyze industry sales data to identify emerging trends and opportunities.


• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the music industry, including current market conditions, industry trends, and emerging technologies.


Requirements:


• 3+ years of experience in the music industry, with a focus on talent scouting and A&R.


• Proven track record of discovering and signing new talent, with a focus on developing and implementing effective marketing and publicity strategies.


• Strong relationships with industry professionals, including artists, labels, and promoters.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify emerging trends and opportunities.


Compensation:


The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
