Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity at VitalCore Health Strategies

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at VitalCore Health Strategies. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering quality care to our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
  • Active CPR certification.
  • Knowledge of specific state laws and regulations governing practice.
  • Acute care experience preferred.
