We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at VitalCore Health Strategies. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering quality care to our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare unit.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to improve healthcare delivery.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Possesses an active CPR certification.
- Remains knowledgeable about specific state laws and regulations governing practice.
- Satisfactory completion of initial and annual clinical competencies to demonstrate aptitude as assigned by role.
