We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at VitalCore Health Strategies in Ohio. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering quality care to our patients and leading a team of nursing professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of nursing personnel to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in recruitment and orientation of new nursing personnel
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
  • Possesses an active CPR certification
  • Remains knowledgeable about specific state laws and regulations governing practice
