Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity at VitalCore Health Strategies

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at VitalCore Health Strategies. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of nursing professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of nursing care to patients in a correctional setting
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop plans to address their healthcare needs
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
  • Possesses an active CPR certification
  • Remains knowledgeable about specific state laws and regulations governing practice
  • Satisfactory completion of initial and annual clinical competencies to demonstrate aptitude as assigned by role
