Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, planning, and scheduling with a focus on financial considerations.
  • Provide staffing recommendations and daily oversight for all accounts.
  • Ensure effective communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, both domestically and internationally.
  • Drive best-in-class insights, data-driven strategies, and innovative solutions.
  • Engage in new business initiatives, including the development of new opportunities and pitches as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • B.A. or B.S. degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in media planning.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Agency experience is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional client service skills with a proven ability to manage the workflow of media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the streaming ecosystem and OTT platforms, with the ability to influence transformative narratives for the client's LOB.
  • Experience with integrated, multi-media marketing projects, particularly in the OTT/streaming domain.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Nielsen Suite, Kantar, IMS, Flowchart Software, R/F and Optimization Software, Social Tracking tools, comScore, Prisma, Mbox, MRI/GfK, GWI. Understand their capabilities and applications to convert data into actionable insights.

Must be a self-motivated individual with strong organizational and planning abilities.

Exhibit clear and diplomatic communication skills when addressing complex or sensitive inquiries from clients or internal teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential.

Demonstrate the ability to establish and implement professional standards for team collaboration, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and communication.

Encourage ongoing sharing of work and best practices across agency and client teams.

Able to manage budgets, control costs, and plan and schedule with financial considerations in mind.

Show a genuine curiosity and passion for the client's business.

Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
