As an Emergency Veterinary Recruiter, you will cultivate and maintain impactful relationships with candidates and our partner hospitals while effectively filling open positions with skilled and qualified professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate candidates through proactive outreach, industry networking, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing the complete recruitment process.
- Exhibit strong communication and organizational abilities, with a knack for multitasking while upholding confidentiality.
- Oversee recruitment efforts across one or more designated regions.
- Foster a positive candidate experience with genuine enthusiasm.
- Travel as necessary for events and conferences.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with prospective candidates, applicants, hiring managers, and other essential stakeholders.
- Oversee all candidate communications, from initial outreach to final agreements, ensuring a premium experience.
- Navigate through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Conduct licensure reviews for Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) candidates.
- Collaborate with University Liaison to develop a robust talent pipeline.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the veterinary sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Enjoyment in working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Capability to facilitate training sessions with team members.
