About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Radiology Technician to join our team at Veritas Veterinary Partners. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee patients requiring radiographs in emergency and specialty cases
  • Safely prepare and position patients for radiographs
  • Attend to patient needs during imaging
  • Provide empathy, comfort, and unparalleled nursing care to all patients
  • Maintain all equipment on a per-use basis to ensure patient safety and best practice care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a veterinary technician
  • Comfortable taking direction from doctors and technicians
  • Updated knowledge of radiation protection and safety
  • Prioritize patient needs based on severity and time of admission
  • Comprehensive understanding of radiograph techniques
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
