Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced THRIVE Health Center Manager to join our team at WellSpace Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our health center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational supervision and support to staff in the THRIVE Program, ensuring seamless coordination of care teams and effective management of systems, workflows, and operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, staff engagement, and overall center performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, other WellSpace Health facilities, and staff to foster a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
Requirements
  • Three years of health center management experience in an outpatient or related healthcare setting, preferably with experience in behavioral health services.
  • College degree preferred, but relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Direct experience in supervising up to 20 employees and providing support to providers.
  • Ability to problem-solve in an outpatient or related healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to use computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and email.
  • Knowledge and experience with Specialty Mental Health billing (Medi-Cal) and electronic health records (EHRs).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to develop positive relationships with staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Current CPR and first aid certification or willingness to be trained.
  • Commitment to HIPAA and ability to maintain confidentiality.
