Front Office Manager

CQ Partners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the front office and provide exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient schedules, ensuring timely and courteous interactions throughout the patient experience.
  • Execute appointment reminder process, including pre-calls and notifications.
  • Answer multi-line phone, maintaining a polite and consistent phone manner.
  • Register new patients, update existing patient demographics, and collect necessary information.
  • Facilitate patient flow, notify providers of patients' arrival, and communicate with patients and clinical staff.
  • Respond to patient inquiries, provide intake and new patient forms, and process payments.
  • Promote new products and services to existing patients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Position Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required, Associates degree preferred.
  • 2 years front office experience.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented, and organized.
