Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage strategic programs to educate healthcare providers on indications for our leadless CRM portfolio, with the goal of maximizing adoption and procedural success.
- Provide clinical expertise to current and new customers, leveraging your deep knowledge of our products and technologies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence the outcome of procedures through presentations, data-driven analysis, and product knowledge.
- Provide technical support to customers, ensuring safe and effective use of our products in accordance with instructions for use and best practices.
- Support site performance and facilitate safe growth, while assisting in education and training activities with physicians, support staff, and Abbott personnel.
- Stay up-to-date on clinical data and communicate insights regarding our leadless CRM products.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge, including understanding current published leadless CRM literature and recognizing competitive products and industry trends.
- Liaise with marketing to identify technology improvements and next-generation needs, and complete administrative reporting as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as engineering, or equivalent/related experience.
- 3-5 years of clinical medical device experience, ideally with CRM products.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
- High-level comfort navigating the medical environment, including labs and hospital settings.
- Proven success in leading and influencing customers, with the ability to provide guidance and course correction as needed.
- Expert verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of frequently used personal computer programs and applications, such as Microsoft Office.
- This position requires a considerable amount of business travel.
