Job Title: Access Control Specialist

MIRACORP Inc. is seeking an experienced Access Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and administering the day-to-day operation of our access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for access control systems, including infrastructure, controllers, and access cards.
  • Manage and issue key cards, including activation, PIN generation, and enrollment.
  • Assist with daily support of access control equipment and provide excellent customer service to internal and external parties.
  • Perform remote programming and troubleshooting of access control systems.
  • Initiate customer repair tickets and work with service contractors/technicians to resolve issues.
  • Maintain a secure, accurate, and current database of all issued key cards.
  • Coordinate addition of new users and sites, and handle related tasks when access control points are removed or sites are decommissioned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience of at least 1-year.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to participate in federal background investigation and drug test.
  • Transparent communicator with superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Pragmatic team player with excellent problem-solving skills, strong active listening skills, and superior organization skills.
  • Able to use both Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
