About This RoleOur IT team is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Systems Administrator to join our group of professionals who develop and manage a diverse portfolio of affordable multi-family housing properties across the United States. This role is an outstanding opportunity to join a high-functioning, high-growth IT team with plenty of challenges and responsibilities for you to further your professional career.
Key Responsibilities- Implement, maintain, and manage the organization's computer systems, servers, networks, and related infrastructure.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems to meet the business needs and deliver outstanding support to our end users.
- Collaborate with the IT Sr. Manager to plan and implement infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and expansion projects based on business requirements and technology trends.
- Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in systems administration or similar scope of responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role, with expertise in system administration tasks.
