Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Manager to join our team at Exos. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our facilities and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client day-to-day operations and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Partner with clients to conduct various engagement and educational activities, and events.
  • Collaborate with Regional Performance Managers and Account Management to ensure client goals are met.
  • Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and program design.
  • Motivate and assist the Performance team with daily activities, including scheduling, client coordination, and program development.
  • Provide feedback to Regional Performance Managers and support the development of site-level staff.
  • Oversee operational and staffing implementation at the site level, ensuring alignment with company methodologies and program design.
  • Manage and mentor staff to provide world-class experiences for clients.
  • Ensure appropriate scheduling and staffing to meet contractual obligations.
  • Primary point of contact for site-level staff for internal helpdesk issues with products/programs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for site-level staff and maintain performance evaluation documentation.
  • Maintain and foster a positive site-level staff community and culture.
  • Evaluate site-level operations and performance, as well as the performance of site-level staff, to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Support achievement of site-level customer metrics.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three (3) years of strength coaching/personal training experience.
  • Earned a BA/BS in Kinesiology or Sports Science or related degree (Master's Degree preferred).
  • A current industry certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS or NASM.
  • Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certifications.
  • Applicable knowledge of EXOS methodology, products, and solutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills in both small and large group settings.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on servicing the client.
  • Energy and passion for helping others achieve their personal goals.
Physical Requirements:
  • Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted repeatedly throughout the workday.
  • Frequent walking, demonstrating, and assisting with exercise movements, as well as bending, stretching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and squatting.
Compensation and Benefits:

Residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $50,000/year to $90,000/year. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, and work experience, as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time employees, including health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part-time benefits.
